U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law
Your future in America, guided with care
Immigration law isn't just about paperwork and deadlines — it's about the people behind them. Whether you're a business hoping to bring on the talent you need to grow, or a family working to stay together and build a life in the U.S., we know how much is at stake, and we're here to help you navigate it with confidence.
At the Law Office of Le Zhang, P.C., we focus exclusively on business and family immigration, so you get real depth of experience rather than a firm juggling a dozen unrelated practice areas. We believe good legal counsel should feel personal — you'll work directly with an attorney who takes the time to understand your situation, answers your questions clearly, and stays with you through every step of the process.
Licensed to practice in New York, we're proud to serve clients across all 50 states. As a small firm, we can offer the kind of responsiveness and genuine care that's hard to find at a larger practice — because to us, you're not just a case number.

Areas of Practice
Business Immigration
We help employers and professionals navigate the full range of employment-based immigration options — from H-1B specialty occupation visas, L-1 intracompany transfers, and O-1 visas for individuals of extraordinary ability, to TN visas for Canadian and Mexican professionals and E-2/E-3 treaty visas. On the green card side, we handle PERM labor certification, EB-1 (extraordinary ability, outstanding researchers, multinational executives), EB-2 (including National Interest Waivers), and EB-3 petitions. Whether you're a company sponsoring talent or a professional pursuing your own path to permanent residency, we're here to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
Family Immigration
We help families navigate every step of the path toward reunification, including immediate relative and family preference petitions (for spouses, children, parents, and siblings), adjustment of status and consular processing, K-1 fiancé(e) visas, marriage-based green cards, removal of conditions on residency, and naturalization. We also assist with more complex situations, including waivers of inadmissibility and cases involving prior immigration violations. Above all, we understand that these cases are about keeping the people you love close — and we're committed to guiding you through the process with care every step of the way.
